Primary Responsibilities

Responsible for multiple products
Plan and maintain product strategy for the financial year: identifying consumer / customer requirements, understanding competitive offerings and market requirements and create product road-map and vision Requirements document writing, management, including change management - Ability to drive the requirements to closure.
Should have strong hands on experience on understanding PDLC and UE
Responsible for Product Health - Acquisition, Usage, Churn
Drive programs on increasing customer usage, loyalty and churn reduction
Evangelizing the product: communicating business rationale behind product decisions in company forums, creating effective product messaging, presentations, brochures, etc, and providing the sales team with product information as required
Infer Customer Insights through Analysis of existing Customers to plan innovative products and services
Ensure timely release and align towards client SLA’s and expectations
Customization of products based on geographies.
Project planning and management for PDLC, Version control, Scheduling, tracking, reporting & communication to stakeholders.
Understanding scope of services & preparing product documentation with the business requirement & technical specifications
Create & Replicate best practices across products, geographies & clients
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Responsible for identifying, driving and managing opportunities that will increase the overall internal partner satisfaction and external customer satisfaction
Understand and steer technology platforms to enable features/road-map

Qualification Required

MBA / PGDBA / Engineering or the equivalent

Experience & Soft Skills

5-12 years of total experience with at-least 1-2 years strongly preferred in Mobile and/or Telecom VAS
Prior experience of having launched products from concept to roll-out stage
Prior experience in handling / Managing Applications is added advantage

Work with the specific accounts (Telecom Operator & enterprise).
Experience in Telecom industry (and VAS in specific) is preferred .
Daily Reports, followup & Status update on set business objectives
Manage daily revenue, daily promotions and take recovery actions daily on revenue drops and enable growth.
Develop and maintain rapport with VAS Managers and other staff across circles
Develop marketing and sales collateral for the designated application suite for the customer.

Primary Responsibility

    Their main priority is to enable Turaco Mobile in:
  • Selling their Product and acquiring new customers and servicing existing ones.
  • Responsible for new market initiatives and assessing new markets and analyzing business opportunities.

Key Roles

  • Identifying new sales by researching organizations and individuals both online and offline to identify new leads and potential new markets.
  • Develop and execute Sales and Business Development Strategies.
  • Manage complex or successfully manage contract negotiations.
  • Pitching our product creatively and professionally to prospects.
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Developing quotes and proposals.
  • Achieving Monthly and Quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain Strong Relationship with customers to aid and maintain both long term and short term business strategies.
